We aim to provide private practitioners with the simple, flexible and accessible therapy rooms that are uniquely designed for discretion, professionalism and harmony.

 

Essence Rooms emerged from the realisation that many private practitioners prefer the flexibility of a dedicated space, without the long term commitment.

Essence Rooms prides itself as a centre that provides a professional and comfortable environment that meets the needs of both the consultant and their clients. 

Created by and for mental health practitioners, Essence Rooms was set up by Dr Oberdan Marianetti after realising that many private practitioners prefer the flexibility of a dedicated space, without the long term commitments.

As a practicing counsellor Dr Oberdan understands from experience the importance of the right environment to create a warm, welcoming and healing experience for both clients and practitioners.

As a qualified Psychologist and Clinical Sexologist, Oberdan regularly uses Essence Rooms to successfully help individuals and couples rediscover the joy in their relationships and sex lives.

#1. I’m new to Essence Rooms, what’s the first step?

Welcome to Essence Rooms!

 

If you haven’t already, create an account with us and you’ll be able to view the services we provide. It's totally free.

 

Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment to view our co-working space and collect your access card should you decide to start using the rooms. We also have a gallery to view our rooms online. You will still have to come by the office to collect your access card before your first session, which also gives us the chance to show you around and let you know how to use the space.

#2. I want to book a room, how can I go about doing it? 

First, you will have to create a membership account. Once you have an account, you can book a room by clicking on the ‘Services’ button in the navigation bar. From there, you will see 60, 90 and 120 minutes sessions. Select the session duration of your choice and follow the simple instructions to complete the booking.

We also offer various discounted plans with up to 30% savings. The same booking process applies for plans, but you will only be able to book 60 mins sessions.

Do remember to collect your access card before your first session.

#3. What are the rates?

All rooms are priced at $44/hour and can be booked on a Pay-As-You-Go basis.

Please note that Club 60 members, enjoy a $26 / hour rate!

#4. What is Club 60? 

Club 60 is reserved for members who complete 60 bookings in one calendar year, which grants access to bookings at $26 / hour.

 

All Club 60 memberships reset every 1 January. To qualify again for this special rate, each member has to complete 60 bookings in the next calendar year.

#5. I need a room at the last minute! Is there any availability? 

If you already have an account and have collected your access card, select a session (60, 90 or 120 mins) and you will be able to see rooms available at your chosen date and time.

Room bookings can also be made at the last minute, but any changes or cancellations will still need to be made 24 hours before your scheduled booking. 

#6. What do I need to take note of while using the rooms? 

Do remember to stick to the timing of your bookings. You do have a 15 mins buffer in between sessions, but in the event that you exceed the timing and use the rooms after the scheduled booking, do let us know by writing in to us at info@essence-rooms.com so that we can let you know how you can make payment for the extra use.

Please also remember to switch off the room lights and air-conditioning after use. If you are the last person in the office, please switch off the main lights and air-conditioning as well.

For safety and hygiene purposes, please disinfect the room after use with the Dettol disinfecting spray placed in all the rooms.
