About Me
Ellen provides trauma-informed counselling and emotional support to individuals, couples, and families in a safe and non-judgemental space. With her prior counselling experiences in the university, community and healthcare settings, her outreach encompasses a range of areas that include concerns in adjustments, marital, parenting, caregiving, and mental health. She has been on national radio and has conducted talks and workshops both locally and overseas to raise greater awareness in mental health, particularly amongst the youths. She has supervised and guided social workers, case workers and counsellors in the social service sector. She is also teaching students in postgraduate counselling programmes at a tertiary institution.
