About Me
I’ve spent the past decade training in research and clinical practice across the globe, blending the science and art of psychology. I'm also trained in clinical psychology and neuropsychology.
I work with individuals with depression, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, attachment challenges, adverse childhood experiences, and ADHD-related difficulties.
My primary therapeutic approaches are based on Schema Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I help individuals uncover unhelpful patterns, understand the deeper dynamics that shaped their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and find new ways of relating to themselves and others. I also integrate my approach with other techniques like CBT and DBT to tailor your goals, personality, and needs.
I want sessions to feel like a safe place where you can be yourself, make sense of what’s going on, and take steps forward at your own pace. You'll likely experience the sessions as warm, a secure base, and insightful for growth.
