About Me
Clinical psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other mindfulness based interventions. For more than a decade, I practised as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Child Guidance Clinic and Institute of Mental Health, Singapore (IMH).
Apart from the simple practice, I also serve as an adjunct senior lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
