About Me

With over 104 coaching hours of training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CIT https://coactive.com/), I help individuals to navigate life transitions, relationship crossroads, career shifts, and the kind of slow-building ‘something needs to change’ itch that's hard to pinpoint but impossible to ignore with more clarity.

Make small steps and difficult decisions you've been putting off whether it's to start a fitness routine or change career or how to handle relational issues. If you've been stuck between wanting to do something but not doing anything about it, I can be the catalyst to change this.

Without bs or woohoo, my approach is light and direct, sometimes a little playful, but we go deep when it matters. You set the agenda. You decide the pace. I just make sure we don't stay on the surface.

I know what it feels like to sit with a big decision and go nowhere with it. To want change but stay stuck. To feel like you're living between worlds, not quite fitting any single box, and wondering what that means for where you're headed next.

Sometimes, we just need to have a different perspective on things. I am here to guide you through that change.

My personal background:
I grew up across multiple countries, shaped by both Asian and European cultures, and I've spent most of my life navigating the in-between spaces, between languages, identities, expectations, and possibilities. Being a third culture kid gives you a particular kind of adaptability, but it also means the questions of who am I and where do I belong run deeper than most people around you might understand. That's a space I know well.
A yoga addict, I am divorced and have dabbled extensively with online dating apps.

My professional background:
Before becoming a coach, I built a career in sales & marketing, working across international environments where reading people, understanding what drives them, and relating to them with the right message were core to everything.

I learned how organisations work, how pressure accumulates quietly, and how often talented, capable people get lost trying to meet everyone else's expectations while slowly deprioritising their own.

That experience shaped how I coach. I bring a practical, no-nonsense lens to sessions. I am not here to hand you a framework or tell you what you should want.

I am here to help you get honest about what's actually going on, so you can take the next step with more clarity and less doubts.
