About Me
I am a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and ADHD Specialist working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, stress and relationship difficulties.
My work with clients is psychodynamic in approach - exploring how emotional patterns, identity, anxiety, self-esteem and relational dynamics can shape everyday life and relationships and blending practical ADHD understanding where needed.
Alongside therapeutic support, I also work closely with adults experiencing procrastination, task overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, communication difficulties and the ongoing pressures of trying to manage work, responsibilities and relationships while feeling mentally overloaded.
I have a particular interest in supporting couples and partners and couples in neurodiverse relationships who feel confused, misunderstood, “stuck” in repeated patterns or unsure where ADHD may be influencing their experiences, relationships or sense of self.
My approach aims to provide a thoughtful, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can begin untangling patterns, building self-awareness and developing practical tools and strategies that work with - not against - the way their mind works.
Practising at Essence Rooms, Singapore’s original self-service therapy room provider (est. 2017).
