About Me
I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique experience. My work is grounded in empathy, intellectual curiosity, and a deep respect for the human capacity to adapt and grow. I create a space that is both psychologically safe and thoughtfully challenging, supporting clients to feel understood while making meaningful progress.
I specialize in Health Psychology, Anxiety Disorders, and Mood Disorders, working with individuals facing stress, chronic health conditions, emotional difficulties, and life transitions. Through an integrated understanding of the mind–body connection, I help clients identify underlying patterns and develop practical strategies to enhance resilience and well-being.
My approach is collaborative and insight-driven. Together, we build self-awareness, psychological flexibility, and a stronger sense of agency, enabling clients to navigate challenges with clarity, intention, and confidence.
Practising at Essence Rooms, Singapore’s original self-service therapy room provider (est. 2017).
