How to use our rooms for free by inviting friends

You can use our rooms absolutely free by inviting your friends to use Essence Rooms:

​

• 1-hour session free of charge for you

• 1-hour session free of charge for your friend

​

To invite someone from essence-room.com:

1. Login to essence-rooms.com

2. Click 'REFERRAL' on the navigation bar

3. Input your friend's email address correctly

4. Press 'Send'

Note: If your friend is already a member of Essence Rooms, the referral email will not be sent. In this case feel free to invite other friends.

Once you've sent the referral, the person you referred will receive an email from info@essence-rooms.com prompting them to the necessary next steps. They will need to complete these steps before you both receive your bonus:

• Click the link in the referral email, and accept the invitation to sign up

• Complete the signup process, including the 'Member Profile'

• Book a minimum of 1 paid session

• Attend and complete the said paid session

​Note: A friend who registers and does not complete a paid booking does not count as a referral.

To check the status of your referrals:

1. Login to essence-rooms.com

2. Click 'REFERRAL' on the navigation bar

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

4. Click 'view the status of your referrals'

• Invitation sent: Your referral has been invited to use Essence Rooms but hasn't yet signed up.

• Has signed up as a member: Your referral is currently a member of Essence Rooms

  • This may mean that your friend became a member following someone else's referral​
